Summary: I wanted to a surprise night for my husband and treat him on my dime. I love this place and it was affordable for me and we had a nice time. Thank you. People at front desk at both Poland Spring Inn and Resort were sweet and helpful. I am new at doing all this stuff on my own,, Very satisfied. Shower was amazing, so powerful and room was nice and pillows were comfy as well, I appreciated the extra blanket available too.

Summary: THE PLACE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. BUT THE BATH ROOM NEEDED SOME AJUSTMENTS WITH THE TP AND TP HOLDER. IT WAS VERY MUCH A PAIN IN THE SIDE. BATH CABINET NEEDS TOE KICK SPACE AS WELL.

Summary: Very easy check in process. Poland springs stayed in contact via texts with updates or to ask if we needed anything prior to arrival. Wealth of knowledge and historical photos abound! If considering a visit, dont think twice.

Summary: It was okay. Bare necessities. Rooms are old and small, but clean enough. It is a convenient place that hasn't been updated in decades.

Summary: This hotel is quite dirty and dilapidated. The paint and linoleum are peeling, everything is very old (like from the 70s or earlier), and it has a gross musty smell.
